It’s close for off, #importanterstuff is about to become a reality. We fly to Belarus tomorrow, the start of a 2-month adventure, bringing plenty to those that seldom see enough. This is the first of our projects, one that is so close to our hearts. But there have been so many obstacles in the past weeks – we are truly being tested on our resolve to start our new journey. It’s a time to “Be Still and Know” that we are being guided on a path that will bring great joy and happiness, we must “Believe, Trust, Accept” (little did we know how our path to #importanterstuff might have been laid out in front of us when this photograph was taken at a charity event in 2013).
We have had amazing support to get us on this journey. So many messages of goodwill, so many offers of support for our “home alone” family, and truly astonishing financial contributions to enable us to make an even bigger impact. Once again, THANK YOU ALL.
We are blessed to be able to embark on a year of giving, a year of discovery, and a year of #importanterstuff.
We will keep updating our social pages (and writing the book!) so that you can all be part of the journey. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers, we will need these. And in return, we will bring you to all of those that we will meet on the journey.
